SHIPPING
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed as if placed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at our discretion.
Shipping Costs: Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $8.00
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $15.00

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@shopkindredmatcha.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we are not able to issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at hello@shopkindredmatcha.com and we'll do our best to help.

RETURN & REFUNDS
All Sales Are Final
For quality, food safety, and freshness reasons, all sales are final. Because our matcha is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or similar reasons.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@shopkindredmatcha.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
At our discretion, we will offer either a refund or replacement for damaged items so you can enjoy your matcha experience.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, or your package appears lost in transit, email us at hello@shopkindredmatcha.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
