SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed as if placed the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. 

Shipping Carriers 

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at our discretion.

Shipping Costs 

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $8.00

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days): $15.00

Free shipping over $70

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@shopkindredmatcha.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we are not able to issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at hello@shopkindredmatcha.com and we'll do our best to help.
